Software Project Manager

- Understand end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from planning → analysis → development → testing → release.
- Are organized, proactive, and excellent at cross-team communication.
- Can manage dependencies, track blockers, and push momentum without being pushed.
- Maintain strong project documentation — including BRDs, FRDs, PRDs, SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT cases, meeting minutes, follow-up notes, risk logs, and status reports.
- Can think, plan, and execute better than AI or templates.
- Want to learn, grow, and make real impact in a fast-moving fintech environment.

- Are proficient in modern project tools like Jira, Confluence, and Notion
- Have experience working on fintech, mobile app, digital wallet, or SaaS product projects.
